USSSA bats and USA bats. A total of 30 players (15 players for each bat standard) were selected for this study. Each player was asked to hit ten balls using a USSSA bat and ten balls using a USA bat with a similar size and weight. We measured the overall distance of the balls from the plate to land using high-speed cameras and analyzed the results.
The findings of this study will provide valuable insight into the performance differences between USSSA and USA bats in youth baseball and help coaches and players make informed decisions when selecting the appropriate youth bats.
